This is a truly forward thinking, collaborative music project..

Between Friday 6th October & Monday 1st January 'The Warehouse Project' will be taking over an incredible warehouse space in Manchester's city centre for what will be a new twist to the festival and club/gig experience. Over this three-month period, they will host around 25 fully licensed events, each completely unique. The Warehouse will be open every Friday and every Saturday up until Dec 16th, and then again for the New Year period (There will also be occasional midweek/Sunday events). The Warehouse Project lasts only for this limited time, and closes down after the New Years Eve party. The venue, which is currently being kept under wraps, is one of Manchester's most iconic landmarks and is located right in the heart of the city centre. Whilst the Manchester rumour mill is working overtime as we speak, as people speculate where it could be all will be revealed mid-August.

The Warehouse Project has already lined up an eclectic array of live acts and DJs from De La Soul, Blackstrobe, Soulwax, Aim, Justice, Mad Professor, Kasabian S/System etc to dance luminaries such as Francois K, Mike Pickering, Theo Parrish, Roni Size, Dave Clarke, QBert and Sasha. The aim is to have no two events the same, with the music swinging from genre to genre. Clubs from New York (We Are Robots), London (Eat Your Own Ears), Liverpool (Chibuku Shake Shake), Detroit (3Chairs) and Ibiza (We Love...) collaborate with The Warehouse Project on certain nights to help give each event its own identity. This is a truly forward thinking, collaborative music project, and with new events and artists being added every day, this twelve week warehouse festival could see up to 80,000 people attend the various parties. This has the potential to have a great impact on Manchester.

Details of the venue and the opening weekend line-ups will be unveiled shortly with subsequent weekend line-ups to follow after that:
